Meet Annamia

Annamia Santamaria is a dedicated BSN, RN with over 16 years of dermatology experience and is currently practicing as an aesthetic nurse injector and clinic nurse at Adean Kingston, MD PLLC, Cosmetic & Medical Dermatology, where she has been on staff for 11 years. As a nurse injector and clinic nurse, Annamia is passionate about helping patients achieve their best skin health, providing natural results for her patients so they feel more confident and radiant. To further hone her skills as a nurse injector, Annamia obtained advanced training from numerous facial aesthetic injectors from leading cosmetic companies such as Allergan, Galderma, Merz, and Evolus. To better understand intricate facial anatomy, she also completed specialized cadaver courses with Sebastian Cotofana, MD, PhD, who is recognized globally as the world’s leading anatomist in the field of facial aesthetics and with one of Dallas’ top plastic surgeons, Rod Rohrich, MD. Annamia stays at the cutting edge of the aesthetic industry, regularly attending education courses and conferences to offer the latest, most innovative treatments to her patients. Furthermore, Annamia is currently pursuing A doctorate in nursing, also known as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, which is the highest achievement in nursing education. As a nurse practitioner, DNP, she will be seeing her own dermatology patients treating a variety of skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and skin cancers, as well as performing minor surgical and cosmetic procedures.

In her free time, Annamia enjoys exploring new restaurants with her family, staying active, and traveling.
