Insurance and Policies

We accept most major health insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United, and Humana.

Please call our office if you would like to inquire specifically to see if we are contracted with your health insurance plan and to find out whether the services you will be receiving are covered under your health plan.

If certain services are not covered, you will be responsible for all non-covered service charges. If we do not have a contract with your plan, we can provide you with medical care out of network as fee for service but require payment at the time of your visit.

Payment Options

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered for medical and cosmetic services and products. For your convenience, we accept many insurance plans and offer an array of other payment options, including cash, check, and most major credit cards.
